30-Day Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return any unused item in original packaging purchased directly from our website for a prompt refund or direct exchange within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip.
Cases purchased from one of our partners should be returned to the distributor you purchased from.
Distributor's return policies apply.
If your case is too small, please return your unused case for one of our multiple sizes and pay only the difference!
Here’s what you have to do:
- Request a Return Authorization by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and sending your name and order number. We will send you a Return Authorization Number.
- Properly Package in the Original packaging.
- Clearly Mark with the Return Authorization # obtained from GPC.
- Send Your Package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method (FedEx, USPS or UPS) to:

Your Refund Will be Issued within 24 working hours of receipt.
Refunds for new, unused items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special order items or modified items are non-refundable. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted.
Returning from a Retailer or GPC Dealer
If you bought a GPC product from one of our retailers you will need to contact them for their Return Procedures and Policies.
We aren't able to accept returns that aren't purchased directly from us.
Lifetime Case Warranty
Hardshell cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. That means, if your case breaks, GPC will supply replacement parts, repair the case, or replace your case for as long as you own it. Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims. Foam is guaranteed from manufacturers defect and does not cover wear and tear by normal use. Defects must be reported within 30 day of purchase date.
