30-Day Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return any unused and undamaged item in original packaging purchased directly from our website for a prompt refund or direct exchange within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip. *Returns without prior approval from GPC will not be accepted.

Cases purchased from one of our retailers should be returned to the distributor or dealer you purchased from. Distributor or Dealer’s return policies apply.



Returns:
Here are the steps:

  1. Request a Return Authorization by emailing info@gpcinc.com and sending your name and order number. We will send you a Return Authorization Number. *Returns without prior approval from GPC will not be accepted.
  2. Properly Package in the Original packaging.
  3. Clearly Mark with the Return Authorization # obtained from GPC. *Returns not clearly marked with RMA # will not be accepted.
  4. Send Your Package in a prepaid (*International Returns: Taxes and Duties are senders responsibility), insured, and traceable method (FedEx, USPS, UPS or DHL) to:

Refunds:
Your Refund Will be Issued within 24 working hours of receipt. Refunds for new, unused and undamaged in original packaging items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special order items or modified items are non-refundable. Returns without prior approval from GPC will not be accepted. Returns not clearly marked with RMA # will not be accepted. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for products damaged during return shipping as a result of improper packaging. Please note: International Shipping duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. International Orders that are declined at delivery or arrival at customs in your country are Non-refundable. Once the order leaves the U.S., Go Professional Cases is no longer responsible for the delivery or tracking.

Returning from a Retailer or GPC Dealer
If you bought a GPC product from one of our retailers you will need to contact them for their Return Procedures and Policies.

Lifetime Case Warranty
Hardshell cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. That means, if your case breaks, GPC will supply replacement parts (wheels, handles, latches, pressure relief valves, etc.), repair the case, or replace your case for as long as you own it. Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims. Foam is guaranteed from manufacturers defect and does not cover wear and tear by normal use. Defects must be reported within 30 day of purchase date. Please email info@gpcinc.com for warranty claims, spare parts and questions.
